Fabulous book. Not just bread. This book covers sweet loaves muffins, pizza dough, ect. Everything you can think of. Did I mention there is lots of pictures and dietary info too. Good book.

This basic recipe book has chapters covering muffins, scones and biscuits; quick bread loaves; doughnuts and coffee cakes; mini-breads; yeast breads; and pizza, focaccia and flatbread. It opens with some helpful "tips for perfect breads" that are worthwhile reminders even to experienced bakers. It has an index.

A clearly written book with a variety pf recipes. But the title is a bit misleading, because about half the recipes are for baked items that are not bread.
