Interesting book, from an historical perspective. Keep in mind this book was published in 1988 (the back cover shows the author working at what looks like an Apple Lisa)? and a lot happened to Steve Jobs, John Sculley and Apple Computers since that year. After reading this book I had the feeling the author was not a fan of Steve Jobs. Granted, Jobs was not perfect and probably did p*** off a lot of people. Then again, about 10 years later, the Steven Jobs in Butcher?s book did make it possible for Apple to give us the iMac, iPod, iPhone and iPad. And have a best-selling book written about him. And have a movie made of his life. Not a bad comeback?
