Add a CommentI thought it was pretty good movie!
A movie that could have been better. The amount of sex references and implications plus the swearing and flat, immoral personas created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made me rate this film only 4/10 stars. I would have loved 'Veronica Mars' if not for the obscenity and weak characters.
I personally have been addicted to Veronica Mars for 12 years and still love this movie!
This is like a Nancy Drew mystery but set in California environment.
If you are a Veronica Mars (TV) fan, this film offers pure pleasure. But even if you've never heard of Veronica or Kristen Bell (possible in some remote part of the globe, I suppose, though probably unlikely), you'll still have a pleasant couple of hours watching this movie. And especially today, who doesn't need a relaxing evening once in a while?
Decent
I love the show, but I was a little disappointed by this movie that I had hoped to give the storyline a bit more of an ending. It does but doesn't at the same time.
I agree with 'LaRoyal' and 'voisjoe1' but I actually forced myself to painfully watch this movie for all of 40 minutes ... hoping that something could possibly redeem the miserable start.
I was anticipating a sort of crime drama but I was sorely disappointed.
I find it beyond belief that this is what "Young Adults" are interested in watching.
Whenever I see the Young Adult tag on the box I usually try to avoid picking it up. Needless to say I am far from being a young adult.
The main character was very pretty but the whole thing played out like a bad soap opera.
Cool movie!
I'm a bit confused on how the story goes.
