the authors have provided readings and activities for parents as well as activities to help children take control of their anxiety. They suggest the chapters be read in order to maximize results. One in ten children are diagnosed with anxiety disorder. The book is beneficial in addressing Worrywarts to children with PTSD. It does not suggest trying to rid the child of anxiety, and focuses on ways to control it. A beneficial resource for those needing support.
