George Washington Julian forwards $4.00 to Garrison for payment of his subscription to the Liberator, and for that of Jesse Hosie. Julian complains that Garrison has ignored his previous two letters concerning Mr. Hull, and concludes that he "cannot feel otherwise than greatly wronged & upset", and that Garrison has been misled concerning Julian's motivations and character.
