"Gotham City's most prestigious prep school is a very weird place. It's got a spooky campus, oddball teachers, and rich benefactors always dropping by--like that weirdo Bruce Wayne. But nothing is as strange as the students! Like, what's up with Olive Silverlock? Is she crazy or what? Where did she go last summer? And what's the deal with her creepy mom? And how come that Freshman Maps is always following her around? And is she still going out with Kyle? P.S. Did you hear the rumor about the ghost in the North Hall?! Collects Gotham Academy #1-6 ... a new teen drama set in the shadow of Batman and the craziness of Gotham City, with new characters and old plus a secret tie to Gotham's past."--Provided by publisher.

Good Batman spin-off! A few of the arcs are a little weak, but overall pretty good!

Part boarding school drama, part superhero mystery, all sorts of fun and unexpected. Good for readers who want a cross between Batman and Ally Carter's Gallagher Girls spy-school series.

Do you love Batman? Do you like mystery or horror? You will love this graphic novel. I really enjoyed both the illustrations and the storytelling. This book is perfect to cuddle up with on a rainy night.

Welcome to Gotham Academy, the book all about Olive Silverlocks and Mia ( Maps) Mizoguchi. Olive's mother went to arkham asylum, because of the one and only Batman. Ever since she has hated bats. With the help of her other friends they try to sneak in to the north hall to discover the truth about the legend of Millie Jane Cobblepot. This book is such a great edge of your seat book that I read it all in one sitting! It's kind of like if a mystery and an adventure had an awesome baby!

Better than I expected. I'm not a fan of the art (just personal taste), so I wasn't expecting much going in, but the writer really brings out strong characterization in these students, attending a private academy in Gotham City. It is a unique corner of the Batman world, and the writer brings out the voices of her protagonists and supporting characters well.

A supernatural, boarding school mystery set in Gotham. Love it!

A+ comic. This is kind a mystery/horror style Harry Potter like story. Writing is great, art is great, and the characters are interesting and diverse. Great representation of POC and women. I love Maps! She is really into this universe's version of D&D.
