The storyline was interesting, a stalked woman manages to rescue herself and a hero suffering from PTSD. Unfortunately there wasn't a lot of time to flesh the characters out because there are a number of secondary characters (I actually found Kateri, the Native American police chief the most believable and interesting) that slow the plotline. A good comfort read for romantic suspense fans who like Catherine Coulter and those who like ensemble series like Suzanne Brockmann's Troubleshooters.
